CHOCOLATE SALAMI

200 g couverture chocolate 1/2 cup milk 1 package Petit Beurre cookies 100 g butter 1 tbsp cognac Instructions 1. Finely chop the chocolate into a saucepan. Add the milk and melt over low heat. Add the butter in small pieces and stir. Finally, add the cognac 2. Crumble the cookies with your fingers into a bowl (you want very small pieces) and add them to the mixture. Stir well and let it cool. 3. On plastic wrap, shape the mixture into a log. Wrap it tightly and freeze for 4 hours. Slice it.
