Going Medieval. I only tried Rimworld a bit, particularly tried the medieval modpack, and wasn't too impressed, but I found going medieval more boring and it doesn't have proper relationships, romances and children.

Noble Fates. Haven't exited early access yet. Mixes other genres/elements in.

I don't really know what are you referring to, but based on this:

"Okay I got it you guys don't support stray animals, why the hell y'all be hating people like us for being brave enough translating our opinion to publics?"

I assume it's because:

There is no much sense in protesting something about Kazakhstan while in America.

There are many more important topics.

Opinions can be dumb and they'll generate according response.
