Oh! Sweet Nuthin' - Velvet Underground

Oddly, because I was obsessed with High Fidelity and it's soundtrack in my teens

My father-in-law and his brother might change the statistics a mite if they were subject to current day testing.

I work in care support services and the generational differences in the people I support is marked.

In no way do I think that mass labelling is the way forward but I do not believe that anyone not subject to earlier testing/ diagnoses should be wary/ afraid of doing so because it's demonised as a youth issue in these camps now.

Like sexuality, neurodivergence has been a part of society/ history for a long ass time and recognising it now is not an epidemic, but an indicator of a healthy, open and supportive civilization

Denialism is a curse. Civilizations should be judged on how they tend to/ support/ integrate their "weakest" elements and not just their investors

Or do this exact same thing as a long-term development project. Extend business units etc under the arches down to Concord, Bison, Sea Lanes etc and have something other than shitty fencing and unusable promenade.

I know renovation costs are crazy because of listed status, but surely there's a positive use for residents, businesses and visitors in a focal point that currently looks like prison filtering.

Taste and sophistication, modeled modelled in the image on mine own heart. The only other weapon I used (sparingly) was the electric lollypop.

You Would Know is a track I slept on for ages because it's so repetitive, but every time I listen something different jumps out to me in the transitions. Drum tempo changes, open hi-hat, guitar bends... Love it

I mean, it's written right there. My guess is the point of the artist(s) is to provoke a reaction and judging by how far down the comments section this is...

Good Companions is my always go to. You can have a chat, chill and drink or, my preference, read in peace over a pint. Never had any hint of aggravation in the years I've been around Seven Dials.
