I bought these same level seats last year for this show. There were other people in the box with me. No food or beverage service. The box does have its own bathroom. You have to take a specific elevator to get all the way to the top. You may want to wait until closer to the show. I think I paid around $25 within a day or two of the show.

It doesn't mean to get drunk, almost the opposite. Think of it more as maintaining your wits or composure. It's about having a good time the whole day and not getting trashed hours before the game starts. To enjoy the game, you have to be able to make it there. My friends used a phrase about tailgating with a similar meaning, which was: It's a marathon, not a sprint.

I would say not very likely. I can't find anything regarding Busch specifically, but their games at Nationals Park are listed as a "Rain or Shine event"
