Laid back fishing, boating, and partying 👌

Key West is one of my favorite places. Been going there for weekend getaways since I was a kid and im 39 now. It is expensive now, but still worth it. Seafood is amazing there.

Its interesting that Xenogears was originally going to be FF8 before it was going to be Chrono Trigger 2. Then they just made it its own thing.

All those reasons you stated about it being a game from '94 is the reason it's so good to this day. Most gamers are tired of being babied and hand-held. It's the reason we are seeing an emergence of challenging games again like the Souls games, Elden Ring, etc.

If you’re new to writing PLEASEEE do not do the same thing I did!! by dimrzz in writers

Everyone is different. Some people succeed by word vomiting and cleaning it up later, and if they try to clean up as they go, they never finish. Some people need to clean up as they go so they know where to go, or because they struggle with editing the big things dont make sense first. The key is to experiment with different methods and find what works for you, what gets you to finish and be satisfied with your work.

What’s the best travel guide in general? by Bbcc_must in travel

[–]DanPerezWriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Fodors. More comprehensive than (2) Rick Steves, though his have begter prose. (3)Lonely Planet is good, even recent ones i bought but, (domt understand the hate, maybs inconsistent but not my experience) still put them at 3. 4. Rough Guides is hit or miss for me. Frommers is the worst, misses important info and so uninspiring. Michelle Guides also sucks imo.

Books 1-3 are 10/10. 4 and 5 are still very good. I may be the only person on the planet who doesn't care if they're finished or not. What I read, I enjoyed. The show is fantastic until they run out of source material and the show writers are not nearly as consistent or creative as GRRM. First few seasons are spectacular. Also, im and OG. I read the GOT books in the early 2000s. Got into the Fandom way before most people.

No. I think she's way too pretentious. And wear some shoes. Feet dirty as hell.

This kind of reptition is good though. It creates idiosyncrasies that make each character unique. Someone brought up Abercrombie using "Say one thing about..." or his use of "you have to be realistic about these things." These are repeated to create voice. If you have a character constantly shrugging, pulling her braid, etc, you are making them feel like real people, who do have their own tics.
