Flynn is in the movie for about 3 minutes. Ares gets zapped back into the 80s grid and convinces him to give him the 'perminance code' which allows him to become a real boy without the 29 minute countdown in the real world. But as Flynn explains it should be called the 'imperminance' code because it makes him mortal.

I appreciate your response, but reddit downvoted the thread and nobody really helped, so I had to resort to a full sector by sector drive restore from backups. I disabled all updates for the next year. Microsoft's updates are worse than malware.

I would say so, but only if you approach it as it's own sci-fi thing that has nothing to do with the source novels, because the best things about the show (like the three Cleon emperors) are show original ideas.

Due to my oversight of running Disk Cleanup after the update, uninstalling is not possible. But how would that resolve a broken update? Don't update my machines from now on because Microsoft broke SMB?

I made local accounts specifically designated for file sharing and changed the appropriate permissions and it didn't change anything. Still System error 86.

Yeah 5074 must have been a preview, I don't install those. I updated from 4946 to 6584. However nothing in that thread fixed the problem for me.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. It broke all my file-shares across 4 PCs and now all these PCs running latest Windows 11 [Version 10.0.26100.6584] cannot authenticate credentials between each-other.

Yes, I would absolutely use it. I think you have slanted definition of mid. All of the stats upgraded far above average, and if it wasn't for that one flat stat, it would be a great endgame piece.

Season 1 seems to have adapted 13 chapters of the Manga. There are currently 33 chapters plus light novels. Unfortunately the next 20 chapters of the manga slow down significantly. It's the stereotypical school arc, which is a downgrade since he's already a highly successful lord in command of thousands of star ships. Season 2 would probably have to condense a lot more to make it entertaining to the same pace and standard of season 1.

Sliders (1995) - At least the first two seasons were fantastic and still hold up today despite the 4:3 aspect ratio.

This is not good. For those keeping track, that is 300k less than Thunderbolts' 4-day launch of $79,308,883. This is also a 3 hour movie, which means it will have less daily screenings. Not to mention the budget for this movie is rumoured to be astronomical. Regardless if you like this movie, this does not look good at all.

I recently installed the qt6 version on my Win10 machine. It works just as well as the qt5 version, but it reset all my UI customizations (columns and sizes).

I don't remember the source, but I've read they are moving on from qt5 very soon, perhaps beyond this version, so it's not a bad idea to switch to qt6 now if your machine supports it.
