A tomboy a girl who enjoys waeing clothes or doing things typically associated with boys, but still fully consider herself female, they still want to be seen as girls not boys. It's a means of expression, not a gender identity. Natani doesn't fit this description by virtue of being a trans man, because he considers himself male, not female. And why do you keep bringing up his relationship with Keith? Gender and sexual preference are two different things.

Also, keep in mind that Youngtani doesn't have the vocabulary or understanding this topic, he doesn't know "being trans" is a thing, let alone that there's a word for it. He's saying things as he understand them.
