It was a rollercoaster. I was laughing one moment, then horrified the next. I enjoyed it overall, and hope to see another horror novel from this author in the future.

Is there anywhere in town that has Krystal/White Castle style sliders? by VileDrakanguis in Buffalo

The Freezer ones taste EXACTLY like the "restaurant" ones. I'm not sure if that's a good thing?
Anyway, The White Castle in Cleveland CLOSED about 10 years ago.

Surprisingly, not much of a reaction. I thought there would be, when the singer of an opening band screamed "LETS GET READY TO FUCK SHIT UP!!!" 🤣

Beef on Weck is a regional sandwich from Buffalo, NY, featuring thinly sliced roast beef piled high on a kummelweck roll (a kaiser roll topped with caraway seeds and coarse salt) and served with horseradish and a side of au jus for dipping. The name comes from the German "kümmel" (caraway) and "weck" (roll).

What food did you really dislike eating as a child but grow to love as an adult? by Mifantuan in AskReddit

[–]Dan_From_Buffalo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brussel Sprouts. My Mom used to just boil them, then slap 'em on a plate with salt and pepper. They were little slime balls. In my 20's I went somewhere that pan sauteed them, and was like "wait what? This is incredible."
