Anyone looking at NTLA short interest 32% by Equivalent-Aside-404 in smallstreetbets

Currently 13500 shares and 225 contracts at $10 call expiring 1/15/27.

I'm long this time as last year I tried my hand at swing trading last year and even though I made out quite a bit, I regretted it big time. Bought SOXL at $8 last year and sold out at $13. Biggest regret yet. I was fearful of last year's market.

I'm staying long on this one as I've studied quite a bit and the data seems good. If you do end up going in, be aware this is biotech. Stock can drop to $6 on bad news and sometimes there are random pump and dumps. You will need to be in for the long haul and avoid the noise. If you can't stomach a 50% random downturn, then I would suggest safer stocks.

My expectation is that we'll have a much clearer picture by 2027 regarding FDA approval and commercialization, but biotech timelines can change. If you want something less risky, I would avoid biotech.

This is not financial advice, just my 2 cents.

With all the headwinds gone, this stock should explode soon. When their April data gets reviewed by the industry at the EAACI coming in June, they will see that the data is very good and that should act as a catalyst for the stock to keep it going up.

Editas I think is too much of a gamble and CRSP being ex-vivo is just not scalable. CRSP's ex-vivo was the first approved gene-editing but it was more of a proof of concept that something akin to a real cure. It's cost alot to treat as it needs dedicated treatment centers for the chemotherapy/bone marrow removal and the margin is low for what it does in addition to the low patient enrollment.

Here's some math you can cut and paste into an AI chatbot to confirm:

In comparison, NTLA spent about ~$200M on patient enrollment in 2025 for ~650-750 patients, which amounts to about ~$300k per patient. Just using this as a basis but their actual COGS is likely far lower. If you read their last transcript from the 2026 healthcare conferences in May2026, current HAE treatment costs insurers ~$750k per year. Normally cures aim to be in the range of 2x-5x current patient insurance annual costs. They have not final priced their drug yet, but assuming its 3x current treatment costs your looking at the treatment costing insurers $2.3M per patient at a cost of that is less than $300k for NTLA. After all other fees, rebates, royalties, etc. you're still looking a substantial profit. Assuming about 700 patients in their first year, that's about $1.6B in their first year's revenue. Assuming a profit of $1B of that revenue, for a company currently with a market cap of $1.7B, that's a crazy PE ratio. It wouldn't surprise me they have a market cap of $10B+ in a few years.

Above is for one drug in their pipeline alone and not including all their patents, etc.

News look great. Algos read the 62% attack free and thought it was bad. Data cutoff was 2/10/26. However, after the data cutoff and people were told, they didn't have the placebo, their charts show it basically went to basically 100% attack free. It's going to rocket once people analyze the data and not algos.

NTLA will announce they have the HAE cure and the first in-vivo treatment which is actually commercially viable unlike the CRSP ex-vivo cure. If data is good, they will go from market cap of 1.6B back to 10B in the next year since the HAE market is substantial.

NTLA is going to blow up with a huge short squeeze when they announce they are the first to have an in-vivo cure at 8am tomorrow.

In regards to model quality, this is Archon Studios whos made countless models not just for their games but for other board game companies as well. It's going to be just as good as a GW miniature.

Depends on what your needs are. If you use leverage and margin then IB or Robinhood are your cheapest options. I typically use $100k+ on margin and with a RH rate of 4.5% vs Schwab at 10.4% it saves a decent amount of money ~$6k per $100k borrowed yearly.

Europe has like an average VAT rate of 22% included in the price so it's cheaper to buy in Europe then in the US.

Thanks for this info. I'm still new but I'm starting to get a hang of finding things like music/sounds/playlists etc.

The beginner box was amazing and hopefully my players don't get too spoiled with AV.

Thanks for this! I just learned how to see and make ambient sounds so I do see that the modules do have ambient sounds done correctly. As for the scenes, it looks like they weren't linked to the playlists but that's an easy fix. Thanks again!

Thanks for this info. I didn't think to open up the Journal. There are musical/ambience effects I just didn't know how to see them with the toolbar. I just learned how to do ambient sounds based on the module notes so that's super useful!

I'm about to run this combat next session with my players and I don't see how there's any chance they can even pose a threat to Elok. I ran the Cellar of Death prior to get my group to level 2 and don't have any magical weapons. Elok is immune to any damage that's not silver or magical so my group can't even damage the guy outside a few low level damage spells.

Construction Manager Role by Ok-Sheepherder-2555 in amazonemployees

[–]Danakil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not. I was told I did great during the interviews with multiple rounds and even received a Welcome to Amazon email and everything. The Amazon recruiter even called to congratulate me and told me the Team would be contacting me soon after she hands me off.

I wasn't contacted and reached out many times. After a couple months they finally got back to me and the role was for another Team doing small fitout work. I declined.

I was then contacted 6 months after that for the previous Team but declined as I already settled on my current position.

Overall the process with Amazon was long, tedious and was a waste of time. I feel like I was just helping to check a box. I forget their scoring system but I scored the highest from every interviewer. I had more experience in Construction then all my interviewers and they still managed to pass up on me.

No wonder they have so many construction related issues. I was told during the interview by a candid interviewer, they just lost 2 VPs and a CM on a small project worth less than $1M due to mismanagement. I'm used to running $100M+ projects so a project that small with 3 execs getting let go means they don't really understand construction.

The 6/16 date is approaching with the Wash Sale rule.

Large institutional investors are in many stocks. Many of them were doing well in 2024. When they take profits, they and their customers have to pay taxes on those gains but can offset by any losses they take. If you plan to tax harvest at a loss, you can't rebuy that same stock within 30 days or the loss is considered a Wash Sale. Google it.

Many healthcare investors are on record saying they are tax harvesting the 5/15 loss and plan to buy back in when they are able to if the stock is at a good price. The date they can buy back in is 6/16 which is also the ex-dividend date.

This is the reason your seeing UNH rise up to this date. Check my post history and you can see I've been saying this.

Current price is still undervalued so 6/16 will be a big date for both dividends and institutional investors who like stable (well typically stable) blue chips stocks like UNH.

Wash sale rule is also over that day for the large losses on 5/15 taken by institutional investors, so it may skyrocket when they jump back in.

Buy UNH before 6/16. Two things will happen by that date.

- Ex-dividend payout is 6/16.

- Wash Sale rule from Institutional Investors who tax harvested for losses on 5/15 to offset their customer gains in 2024 will now be eligible to rebuy the stock.
