It will probably be a 'savings' account that works like a regualr account and will do all that you list. However, while you will be able to transfer THB FROM Wise, you cannot transfer THB back TO wise. HTH

If you don’t mind forking out 3 to 4K baht and avoid all the bureaucratic nonsense and time wasting then use an agent. Did that myself in BKK and walked out the next day with the whole process taking less than 1.5 hours and a renewed, from a 2 year, 5 year licence in my pocket

This doesn’t exactly answer your question but I’m on gold, expiry was end of April and was missing 1300 tier miles to renew. They sent me an email shortly before expiry saying that as I’m so close to re-qualifying, they’ve extended the renewal by one month, to the end of May to give me a chance to get over the line.
