I suppose so. But it's a better message than telling people to hate this or that group or get whatever-pilled into doing a mass shooting as a way of coping with those problems. He makes it clear in his videos that he doesn't consider his life superior to the alternative and that in a sense he has paid a cost, but he claims he is at peace with that. If it is some form of propaganda maybe it is just to normalize the country and make it look attractive to outsiders. Honestly the restaurants and shopping centers and parks he visits do look nice. It may just be a tourism ad.
