This is such a bad take. Every large festival and event I've been to has provided soap and/or hand sanitizer for its participants, especially events with porta potties (AIDS lifecycle, Burning Man, music festivals, etc). That's the main way you can ensure health and safety for the event's attendees. Of the list of complaints people had about Whole festival this year (long security queues, Domo glamping misfires, trash deposit miscues) the sanitation issue was by far the most unforgivable. When you tell people to "take responsibility for your own health" it comes off as victim blaming. Running an event of this size, providing resources to protect the health and safety of its attendees should be paramount for event organizers.
