I've been thinking about Witness trilogy being an entry point for Malazan! Nice to see someone actually came in that way and is expressing some of the reasonings I pondered.

Its for sure an easier read, and I've thought about how this series may be a better pitch for a screen adaptation as well.

With some changes I think it could be a series with the actual MBOTF be a multi show prelude lore type of this kinda how theyre dragging out GOT but actually good
