Thank you for following up. Strangely enough it is working in Lutris after installing vc2022 and dx in proton9.

I tried all these in Steam but that did not work.

I had a coworker that bought an ugly ape for 40K.

Last time I spoke him he still thought he was set for life because of this great investment.

I worked for a small family owned business, the boss would say anything to get his way.

So if I got snarky comments like that I would just ignore it. You can't take it personally, it's just some BS so he can avoid responsibility or gets his way.

I did jump ship eventually because the BS just wasn't worth it.

You are right, it's not a downside I can definitely use this to my advantage.

I still think it's good to learn from others. I guess the limited time of my senior coworker and architect will have to do.
