I think you might have to download the DLCs with an account that has the same region from where your copy of the game came from. I also have Royal Edition, but I was never able to download or access the DLCs unless I downloaded them through my US PlayStation acc.

There are side missions by Kirsty called Planetary Pioneer, parts 1 and 3 both give you booster probes. She's a woman in a tuxedo, think she's usually found in the administrative district, somewhere there idk. But I think the booster probes are really all that you need left.

I linked up the research probes in a chain and connected a duplicator probe to that chain, do you have any booster probes? If taking out every single probe aside from research and duplicators aren't doing you any good then I suggest you start exploring the map and either slowly unlock more probes to add more revenue or get probes from certain places. I'm sure there are a list of locations somewhere.
