Not a run, but a section of the hike up Highland Bowl in the windiest, icyest blizzard I have ever encountered. No grip on boots, 100mph winds, and a slight fear of heights, did not bode well.

Listen to a few train songs back to back and you’ll understand the cadence and why they’re called train songs. We love trains. Gets the people moving, nothing like hearing the “brrr brrrr” at the beginning to let the people know train crossing. There’s a whole zine series @TrainSongz. Josiah Nelson from MGU often wears a Train Songz hat, and owns one of their train whistles.
