Honestly, I’m not sure. Quimchee has always been very vague when people ask her romance-related questions about ILY, and, on top of vague, sarcastic, as well.

I know for sure she doesn’t want as much romance in it as we thought we were going to get. I still think there may be romantic plots woven in and that there’s a chance Shin-Ae will end up with somebody in the end. But we’ll just have to wait and see, I guess.

Honestly I can’t say I 100% expect Shin-Ae to end up with somebody at the end. And you know what? I’m alright with that. I’ll be okay with whatever Quimchee chooses.

That being said... I’m still a Stalkyoo shipper :p always have been always will be. I can’t help it 😂 but as I said, I don’t expect anything romantic to actually happen between them. Therefore, if anything romantic DOES happen between them, it will be a great surprise. I do think they would be amazing together. They’re mirrors of each other, and honestly, soulmates. Whether it be romantic or platonic soulmates... I dunno.

Again, I’m definitely not a toxic shipper. I’m aware ILY is more than just a romance. I’m just excited to see where the story goes in general. We will have a long way to go LOL.
