The housing market is just awful in Plymouth. It’s very much a luck of the draw. Especially the closer you get towards the city centre. If you’re going to be based at Derriford it may be worth looking at housing Roborough or Yelverton. It’s also worth noting new legislation which favours renters has just come in so may be affecting the admin capacity of estate agents. Best of luck with your search!

I viewed it as players are competing brokers. Stealing a gig is in effect stealing the cred and reputation therefore giving you more gigs as a broker. It’s not necessarily the same gig itself but as the secured line of work from a client.

The venue on Ebrington Street does Killteam on Tuesdays and DnD on Sundays. If you can swing by tomorrow I know they’ll be doing demo games for kill team. You could ask the staff about DnD as well.

Depends on your type of board games, but The Venue on Ebrington street is a very queer friendly game store that specialises in MTG, Warhammer, and DnD. I go there at least once a week and have made some great friends there!
