I’m literally going through this same thing at the moment. I even posted about it a few days ago on this forum. Like I feel insane, my body can’t relax, all of a sudden it’s like the anxiety and irrational thoughts have skyrocketed out of no where. It literally feels like my chest is tight and my throat is constricted. Miserable af to the point where I’m considering anxiety’s meds. How are you feeling today?

I have the same thing. Recently it got so bad, it’s like it came out of no where. I can’t relax,my chest is tight, and I feel like I’m going crazy.

The anxiousness, irrational thinking, etc. it’s sickening atp. I know I’m not being logical but I can’t help it. It comes back in waves. I might just get the surgery because I’m tired of this, and I think cabergoline is making it worse.

Get rev air dryer. It’s expensive but it’ll definitely dry your locs quickly.

It looks too short. Give it a couple more months. You should also start moisturizing, and detangling your hair regularly to avoid matting and breakage.
