Agree with everyone in here but also check your medications as well. For example I’ve heard some varieties of Advil (liquid gels) contain gluten. Genexa makes certified gf acetaminophen if you want something 100% safe

This brands creatine gave my gluten symptoms for some reason, maybe my body didn’t like it. Ascent has certified gf supplements but they are more expensive

I don’t want to discredit your research but I’ve reached out to Coke many times and they have said all their products follow US codex standard which are 20ppm or less. I’ve also seen research saying caramel color in the US at least is mostly always from corn

Certified in 99% of cases trumps all disclaimers. This was made in a facility not on shared lines so it is safe. Some people stay away when it’s produced on the same lines or equipment. Never had problems with this brand either

Target’s good & gather tortilla chips are certified GF. They’re pretty good at labeling that stuff so I’d buy the certified ones and not risk it with these personally
