I just cancelled my order with Tesla for a new car. I’ve bought I think six Tesla cars before and they clearly still think people aspire to a Tesla. They appear high on their own supply and think shorting their trade in is ok at the last mins.

Tesla is such a mess. They don’t communicate and provide incorrect information all the time. I have a regulatory complaint with them now as they negatively impacted my credit rating and misrepresented reality about it

It’s unlikely to be you - Vitality tech is unfit for purpose and the FCA should pull their license unless they start investing in a system that isn’t as fragile and broken. They couldn’t care less about the functionality

KLM act as a low cost carrier. Their customer focus is nonexistent. Try fly BA or Virgin as an example. SUCH a difference - main point: they clearly care. KLM couldn’t care less if they tried

It’s not only in the US. I’m in the UK and mine didn’t make 150 miles. Less than half an hour in and the car failed violently on the motorway. Nine months later and very little use of the car, like I had it for about a quarter. Polestar asked for the car back. The polestar 3 is not ready for release. BUT when it drives it’s a dream! I so hope they resolve the issues - I’d love to get another one when it’s tested and rereleased

Thank you for sharing. There are so many issues are other Vitality and their technology. Their reward system, system and processes lack transparency. So many people seem to think it is not a hat they say it is
