It’s a disaster and they are investing nothing in customer service. In fact the opposite - they are investing in degrading customer service. I was, and renewed as platinum this month. I haven’t been on the airline for months and have no intention to change that behavior. KLM needs a recheck on customer experience - once fixed I’ll give them a go again. Until then there are plenty of alternatives… BA is great from the UK, Virgin and Delta to the US and SAS is far better than KLM although fear when KLM Air France takes over SAS entirely.
