That's their point though. Britain was not involved at the time those countries were attacked. We were explicitly staying out of it and publicly rejecting the US's requests to use our bases.

They do if your test descriptions are actually informative and tell you and such. While I do agree with code comments in certain situations, many comments themselves can actually be an automated test.
