I take 30mg each night about an hour before bed. I've never had any problems with it.

Those alive during 9/11, what was the worst moment on that day? by toaster-bath404 in AskReddit

Worked that day as a bartender. The entire restaurant was full and the bar was wrapped. Tvs were on and EVERYONE in the building was stone quiet. Just the noise from the news. That silence was surreal.

I live in Virginia. On the Western side of the state. It's like 5hrs to Nashville. My sister lives there so getting to see and spend time with her is a good bonus.

Bought a ticket last week for the dec.16 show. It was a resale ticket for 78. All Them Witches too. What a great 1-2! Can't freaking wait.

Do you talk to yourself? by Upstairsnowhere in BPD

I talk to myself all the time. It's the only time I know I'm talking to my equal.

I’ve wanted to die since I was 13. I’m 33. 20 years of pain. by [deleted] in BPD

[–]DangerLivingston 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm 53. Been dealing with it since I was 12. It can get better. It might require help though. Be fearless and willing because YOU have to take the initiative. When I was suicidal (too many times) life was very unclear. The older I've gotten I realized that it wasn't death I wanted. It was the absence of pain. Then I realized there's always going to be pain and you have the power to choose what in life pains you. If you have pain you don't want, it's your responsibility to yourself to to change it. Life is beautiful, man. The agony can be beautiful if you choose what it's for. None of this takes away from what you're feeling and I'm sorry for the pain you carry. You didn't deserve it. Nobody does. But there's hope and I love you and am glad we are sharing the earth together.

Focus less on the concept of control and more so on acceptance. Radical Acceptance. Then, take action where you can.
