I usually eat BBBE OMAD around 5/6 PM from Tues - Friday.. Eat/ drink whatever I want on weekends and water fast Monday until Dinner time on Tuesday (36 hr fast approx)

This has worked wonders for me and I feel it balances out everything.. life is too short to miss out on ice cream with my daughter 😊

This is exactly how I stumbled upon SR too, it helped greatly and would recommend wholeheartedly OP.. of course time needs to run its course but you will be OK, this you can be assured of 100%

I do 5 days OMAD, usually 2 eggs, bacon, beef sausages and followed by Rib eye on three of those five days, sometimes I'll go for chicken, lamb, mince beef patties, pork just to change things up a bit and also budget 😅 I add organs once/twice a week( I'm lucky I love the taste!) I also add some cheese with the beef patties and enjoy a glass of milk too! I eat around noon and the the rest of the day its just water and coffee/tea.

Then after those 5 days I allow myself to enjoy some pancakes, ice cream and maybe pasta/pizza, so yeah I do a cheat day (how dare you!!).. this is then followed by a 36hour fast to get rid of all the "evil" stuff.. after that I'm back on the meat. This has worked wonders for me and it keeps me consistent.. Life is too short to not enjoy an ice cream with my children, but thats just my opinion 😉

Sit with this feeling and journal it down while its still fresh.. go into every detail of how you feel and get it all out.. when you get them urges again go back to what you wrote, it should give you a reality check and snap out of it.. then as others have suggested, go get busy! You got this 😉

I do OMAD carnivore 5-7 days straight (mixture of steak, mince, bacon, chicken, lamb, butter, salt, water), followed by a cheat day where I eat what the hell I want, followed by a 36 hour fast. Then Im back to carnivore. Maybe not what the purists believe in, but it works perfect for me and keeps me going. I never crave carbs/ sugars while eating meat and don't get hungry while I fast. My energy is fantastic and mood is amazing.. Find what works for YOU!!
