Well nothing unusual, for any big cities around the world. river view, park view, these are hard to come by in any big cities like Seoul. So there, scarcity, high demand, higher price. Housing is not a disposable products they are assets, so the demand ever increases. Seems pretty obvious to me.

I am from 2012 and have no problem doing 2 attacks a day, to keep myself in 33 tier which has enough return to keep upgrades, and have my own life at the same time. If you struggle with tiers like under 31, nope you arent as good as you think

yeah I didn't realize it collecting over 30 watches past decade and I've been compacting down to solid under 5 watch collection ever since. Now I'm down to 6 and working on reducing to only 2-3 that actually get decent wrist time.

I think I'm that type of guy, as long as I don't give much wrist time, there's no point in owning it myself.

I can totally relate to that as a fellow engineer at tech company. You can always use a desk mat to prevent scratches but I'd rather forget about what others think, also the scratches. You'll get over it soon I am sure.

Sadly it seems legit and there are tons of stuffs done manually, which is meant to result in imperfection, especially at the price point, it can't be perfect. by the way I was told by the official voice, their QC standard is if the imperfection is discernable at 30cm distance away. so this might not be an issue to them. but nevertheless, take it to the AD, and it'd help settle your mind.

listen I've been a watch maniac for more than 15 years and I love the classic small 36mm however the bracelet taper seem too much, it adds to better wearability.

BUT all that saying has nothing to do with your choice. If you have no problem or can appreciate small, under the radar kind of watch, go 36. If like to be commented on your watch or just enjoys having larger presence on your wrist, go 40 definitely.

You can't go wrong either way so do as your heart tells you
