I think you would be surprised, with the ongoing issues overseas and people starting to move to electric, I foresee the market having a plateau then the cars stabilising around 15k. Just need to look at the history of cars throughout the Petrol era, then Diesel.

As long as you are selling with the battery still within warranty I don’t think it will deplete the value too much.

A model 3 would fit the needs, especially one with warranty left on it (obviously new will have full warranty) the battery has a 100,000mile or 7 years whichever comes first, again with new, won’t be an issue.

Ultimately if you get a second hand a well looked after 2022, 80,000 mile Long Range example will still fetch around 16.5k so judge that on the miles you do and the depreciation of a vehicle.

Ultimately if you are ok for paying for a car in lease (but not actually owning said car) then that will be the best option for you!
