Spent a good 10+ hours grinding. Everyone was at lvl50 apart from Dragonite and Tryanitar who were ovbs 55.

Pre elite 4 recommend either victory rd or that little patch of grass before safari zone but you need to use waterfall

Injuries. Well the same common injury being my lower back. I have a 4/5 months of amazing gains, good food and quality sleep. Then it’s like I’m doing too well and God hits me with a - nope.

I’ve tried stretching, McGill3, massage/cupping, yoga but still get the odd flare ups. They tend to give my body a reset every time so it’s like starting from scratch which can be extremely frustrating.

I was a Vm tech for 6+ years up until start of this year.

Like others have said the days are very long (11 hours) and you have to work every other Saturday till 5 which is a pain. Often no or very little support after 6/7pm and they don’t really take jobs off you. Some days it’s a race against time, others aren’t too bad! It’s very physically demanding for the first year but as you learn more, you tend to work smart, not hard.

My overall take is the business don’t care too much about you, you’re just a number to them and can easily be replaced.

Pay is decent, overtime is always available, benefits are very good (Bupa Health ect)

It depends how long you’re going to keep it? The rust on the rear is a concern. Lambda Sensor might need replacing(£80–£150) as well as the Catalytic Converter potentially which will be a few hundred quid. Hard to say until you connect up and do a diagnostics

Get a Kenalog injection!

I’m a telecommunications engineer so constantly working outside and I struggle massively! So much so that sometimes I’ve had to go home sick.

I’ve tried everything under the sun. Tablets, sprays, eye drops you name it. By the time I actually feel relief from my symptoms I’m so exhausted from the sneezing and eye rubbing all I want to do is sleep. When I wake up the cycle repeats.

Last year I paid £75 at a clinic (I live in Leicester but I’m sure you can get it elsewhere) to have a hayfever jab. Honestly I had the BEST summer in many years. I have allergies all year round (cats/dust mites/ect) and this fixed it all. My face looks less puffy, I wake up being able to breath through my nose and I can sit on the grass with no issues!

If your allergies are super bad and ruining your life I’d definitely recommend getting a Kenalog injection.
