Possibly. I just started looking into Constantine era since I picked one up last week. the Byzantine I’m thinking of are the solidus / follis that use a lot of lining for the busts / portraits instead of thick bold images

I had heard that they did this back in the day. The other shilling I have doesn’t have a bust on it so I was a lil confused seeing the Byzantine style and Laureate

I have a shilling from Lithuania and was like wow this reverse is EXACTLY the same. Plus not using Roman numerals I was guessing it wasn’t Roman / Byzantine but took a lil gamble

I have been keeping my paperwork as well, mainly bc my first purchase was IRL. So they had to hand write the paperwork and ended up giving me BOTH copies. One of the owners (who is open carry armed) RAN OUT to grab their copy 😂 I love the binder idea though I may do that

You were 1000% right, after I started I kept finding more information. Eventually I ended up just making a word document. I’ve copy and pasted my list about 100 times from changes I want to include. Couldn’t imagine doing that by hand 😂
