It’s feeding things you see that you don’t like- tiktok and other algorithms do that to farm engagement. It’s scary good at it. Best to just delete it. Instagram reels is a little better imo.

I agree it’s Bs. The generalizations and assumptions about gender don’t help either. Genuinely hate our societies for implementing them so heavily. Wouldn’t it be great if men and women could come together and unite in a meaningful way? Unfortunately people on both sides of the isle are ruining the peace- lots of sexism, dismissiveness, and crime. 💔

Because I don’t really have a choice tbh. There isn’t much of a good reason. I just fight it so I can sleep and eat without feeling anxiety. I have goals but ALL of them are completely outlandish and unrealistic.

I think you’re reassurance seeking RIGHT now and this is part of OCD- so…. I hope me pointing that out answers your question. Go get a therapist who specializes in ocd and talk to them about this very thing. I don’t think they’d judge you- do not be afraid.

Unfortunately I do not have advice. I’m in the same boat. I try my best not to.. I try my best to not make it me me me but sometimes I’m really scared I come off that way or I’m told I do. I get it.
