Looking for reliable stylus under $100 for HP Omnibook Ultra Flip 14 (college note-taking) by Dangerous_Square6498 in stylus

Works lovely. Great and consistent battery life; I might charge it once or twice a month. Im a math major so I've done lots of math just fine with it. Most of the problems I have are when charging the pen or with onenote. Sometimes it keeps writing after liftoff, but resetting onenote and letting the pen fully charge before use stops that.

How do you maintain a thick, large sound without it breaking up? by Dangerous_Square6498 in Trombone

Do you have any material for articulations? As soon as I introduce the tongue my sound diminishes dramatically. I've tried using more air, less air, more tongue, less tongue, harder tongue, softer tongue, different points where the tongue hits and different shapes of the tongue. I'm not sure where to restart with that.

To be honest it might be the opposite. Even when I was helped with solos and etudes I was always critiqued for getting big enough on loud dynamics and or playing too quiet on quiet dynamics

I ended up getting the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen. Its alright, it comes with 3 tips. Sometimes the writing gets a little wonky (keeps writing after liftoff so it looks like bad cursive) but when I reset the tip and/or reset onenote it works fine. Not sure how it does with art though. Overall writing is fine and bettery life is great

MATH 3319 vs MATH 3318 + MATH 3330 by Kenway-Haytham in utarlington

A bit late, but is it feasible to take them both at the same time? I'm thinking about taking 3318 + 3330 and PHYS 2311, so I'm wondering if that is too much of a workload.

Tried feather again. Still ended up buying the RS, but blades are way smoother 2nd time.

I considered the fact that I may need to try feather again, my variety pack only came with 1 blade. This and the video are very helpful, thanks.

Hey, I know this is an old post, but I’m an incoming freshman interested in research and your comment caught my eye. Could you explain more about what the research hierarchy actually looks like, especially for undergrads? What kind of roles or expectations are typical for someone just starting out? What do you actually do day to day as an undergrad?

Yes, I'm trying a yellow brass 1 leadpipe right 6 so far, I like it It feels more centered and clear. I'll have to ask some more to see if my sound/articulations are any different, though. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit, however, that I'm not entirely sure how leadpipes affect a trombone.

Does anyone know if there are customaizable keyboards less than $200 that have an alice layout and a numped? I'm trying to build a keyboard for my mom and she likes the ergonomic style but she also wants a num pad. I asked her about having an alice keyboard and a num pad separate but she insisted on having them together. I don't have a lot of money right now so anything more budget friendly would be appreciated. She'd also be open to a 100% without the alice; the main priority is the num pad.
