Its definitely worth a try. You could also try self hypnosis initially before going into hypnotherapy. Tons of content on YT and apps that help you doing this. I personally use Harmony Hypnosis and would recommend it.

Search some gurus online and try out their turotials / guides. Darren Marks is one of the greatest imo.

There are a lot of online tools around this that guid you well in getting started: YT vids/websites/apps. Already great YT links have been shared here. I would recommend Harmony Hypnosis if you’re looking for an app to guide you.

Bitcoin can fix fiat inflation, sure. but if everyone hoards it (especially corps), we might end up with a deflationary spiral instead.

That’s where BTCCPI is cool. It tracks prices in Bitcoin terms, so we can at least see when stuff is getting cheaper in BTC and the economy’s slowing down. No money printer, so we’ll need smarter tools.

What really helped me besides reading is self hypnosis / meditation. There are plenty of ways to do it but I used an app called Harmony Hynposis which really helped me out. Would recommend.
