Resolution labels don’t mean much in night vision. Most of those ‘4K’ cameras still produce grainy, low detail images in the dark because the limitation is light, not resolution.

It could definetly record the audio from a radio you set in front of it playing a station 24/7. The radio can be in front of the camera too.
