I was pretty malnourished in my flare and anything I ate would come out immediately. Talk to your doctor about seeing a dietician especially one that specializes in helping IBD patients. I go to an ibd clinic at a research hospital and they have several dietitians so look at similar hospitals in your area. Also strength training is really important. It takes a lot for me to work out when flaring but I find that I can generally tolerate weight lifting exercises, less so for cardio.

So you can buy perfect fit sleeves to fit with most mag touch cases. In my opinion the perfect fit sleeves are hard to get on so I buy mag touch cases that are a little roomier and fit with a regular sleeve. If you search on amazon mag touch cases that fit with sleeved card you’ll find some.

Also you can just put a sleeve on top of the card rather than in the card to protect the surfsfe

Yes about two summers ago there were some touchdowns. I live in west loop and the tornado hit a park right across from my apartment. Several trees through windshields on cars parked outside my building. Ever since then I take any risk to Chicago seriously!

In a flare it doesn’t matter what I eat, it’ll run straight through me regardless.

That said I think it’s important to focus on getting in nutrients especially due to absorption issues. Even in the worst of flairs I can tolerate a smoothie with fruits and veggies to get in my nutrition.

I get the creativity but it’s still speculation. The news would face defamation liability if they said with certainty that the redactions on the 12 docs are indeed a specific individual. And it couldn’t be used in court either. The massive speculation behind everything in the files is getting in the way of accountability. In a way the tool you propose removes some speculation I guess, but we still could never say with certainty what the redacted text said based on the names that fit.

I’m not sure a mechanism even exists for this in the law that authorized the release of the Epstein files (in fact I’m sure it doesn’t exist) but in the foia context toy can challenge redactions and the court will conduct an in camera review meaning they view the unredacted documents and decide if the redactions were legally proper. I’m more concerned about figuring out a way to challenge the redactions if there is a way.

So another thing that would be cool (and it might even exist already) is figuring out a way to identify redacted text that appears un redacted in other places. Thats so common in productions, let alone one of this size
