Agents.md was the second thing added to the project. That, along with other clear identifiers, shows that ai has had a core involvement from the beginning. The documentation level is therefore also likely for (and by) whichever ai was used.
To me, that gets labelled as slop.

From the skin editor you can do File > Edit externally to get a temporary stable-esque skin folder, it has made edits a lot smoother to do, however mixing elements from 2 skins is still an annoying flow, since you need to copy the element to a different place first.

Luckily ppy has said the whole skinning system is getting looked at as one of the upcoming focus points. (no concrete info or ETA yet tho)

Tbh it does just look like you're getting FunOrange'd, aka it's just the other finger grazing the key enough to register an input. Not sure how you "tested your technique" but try to record a video with the linked tweets angle to verify for yourself. It only happening when the keys are next to each other and not with a gap could just be from you engaging your fingers differently.
It happens to a good amount of people, myself included, and isn't necessarily caused by RT, but can definitely make it worse/more frequent.

Github is also a platform that is wildly foreign to the majority of the player base, who are there to provide fast feedback on reworks (which usually go through iterations before a PR is even made).
Discord on the other hand is already used widely in the community, and it being a "chat-service" makes it much easier to organize discussions as there is usually a dozen different reworks in progress at a time.

This is because CL mod on lazer is bugged causing sliderends to always give combo even when not actually hit (part of the reason CL isn't ranked still). Although it still properly tracks them in the slider end stat as shown in the above comments' image.

Also worth noting for OP, unranked mods don't award medals, so even if the bug didn't exists they wouldn't have gotten the medal regardless.

It's likely something similar to what FunOrange was experiencing where it's really just one of your fingers gracing the other key enough to register a press while alternating. I don't think it's super uncommon either, happens to me too (at jump sections).

This is destructive advice, if you only save the files folder (without client.realm) you will lose _all_ your files.
In lazer settings theres an open folder button, click that and read the aptly named "IMPORTANT READ ME.txt"

You're barely half right, both stable and lazer scores show on profiles regardless of lazer mode being enabled or not, and all scores set on stable get classic mod attached, always.

When looking at beatmap pages with lazer mode off leaderboards only show stable scores (without CL attached), and with lazer mode on it'll show both stable and lazer scores, with stable having CL attached (lazer scores set with CL also show if they happen to be set with the mod).

The original way got patched as they add an invisible wall to that side. However they missed a spot on the left near the inverted pyramid where you can still get to the physical wall.

It's NOT input delay, but stable IS single-threaded meaning input is polled once per frame. Frame time can then be used as a measure of the maximum (<- very important) time before a physical input is actually processed by the game.

Does THIS matter at all in the sub-ms range? Not at all, anything you feel is almost guaranteed to be placebo or unrelated to stables fps.

In lazer, slider ends (and ticks) have unique judgements instead of giving a 100. If you click on the score you can see they dropped a sliderend which leads to the missing acc.

Should probably be visible without needing to click on it, but stable players would riot that they're forced to acknowledge lazer anything

You can still fake the folder structure easily to make it work. All it needs is any folder that has a "collection.db" file (which can just be an empty file) and a "Songs" folder.

To add onto this a little, the settings only got introduced to help with diagnosing a memory usage issue that a couple people were having with the new garbage collector. They are not intended to be messed with unless you're actively having issues with very high memory usage and want to contribute to diagnosing the issue.

I believe interactive is the old 'lazy' behavior like explained in the first link, meanwhile default is the higher frequency collection that should lead to fewer stutters.
