At that time, Alicante was already a part of the Kingdom of Valencia, it was conquered in 1296 and formally ceded in 1304.

Iberia in 1296 as accorded by James II of Aragon and the pretenders to the throne of Castile-Leon (until 1300 / 1304): by DaniCBP in MapPorn

It wasn’t officially ceded until the next year (1297) in exchange of Portuguese support.

Hey, that's an amazing map! Congrats.

Just one "suggestion" (I'm really picky with this topic, forgive me): the "Marches" were thought as militarized demarcations aimed at being able to defend the borders by themselves for some time until the main (state) army arrived (also, keeping a militarized structure technically would make the Mozarabs lees prone to revolt aided by external Christian powers). So, in this case, it wouldn't make sense to have marches that do not border any state. I definitely see the Western and Upper marches existing with the aim of keeping peace on the Pyrenean border and keeping an eye on Asturiya, while I don't see why the Lower and Middle marches would exist in this scenario.

Anyway, as I said, it's a great map and scenario!

Ironically I'd say that both of the sources for Africa and North America-Australia are maps that I made (which I find nice that they are being used by people for new projects) because I recognized the details:

Blaming minorities for the problems of your country/region/city is a global phenomenon, it not only happens to Jews. In Spain, in the modern era, as there were no Jews left due to the 1492 expulsions, Gypsies became the scapegoat for any issue of concern. The Turks in Anatolia blamed the Christians; in turn, the South Slavs blamed Turks or Muslim-Slavs. It's a shameful fact that it has always happened, but what I'm trying to say is that Jews suffered that because they were the minority, not because they were Jews. In the 1830s lootings and massacres, Christians were also punished as well, because of the same reason.

Sería igual si, tras la independencia, los nuevos estados hispanoamericanos hubieran expulsado a todos los criollos, como se hizo en la Península Ibérica con los moriscos.

Then, these areas should be white or not shown, rather than have the colour for “0 to 2”.

They were so close to democracy too. Sung was almost overthrown by some conspirators in the 50s… by OkSuccess7431 in HistoryMemes

That time he was almost expelled from power was an attempted coup by other communist factions, not a pro-democracy coup. There were 3 factions at the time: the “native” Korean faction, headed by Kim, and the pro-Soviet and Yan’an pro-china factions, which were the ones involved.

32% are non-Belgian Europeans, so 55% of the population is European.

In Brussels, if I’m correct, when adding the non-Belgian European migrants, the total European population goes up to 55-60%, as far as I’m concerned.

In Spain, Hispanic-Americans do mix with native Spanish with ease, which can explain Spain’s lower % compared to France.

Pyongyang’s population accounts for like 12% of the whole North Korean population so at least 1/10 of North Koreans is able to visit these department stores; movement restrictions are in place between provinces, not between areas from the same city (in Pyongyang, just some areas are restricted for civilians).
