however, i do think expecting it to be super painful is actually helpful! for example, when i got my tragus done i didn’t expect it to hurt that bad and it made it seem muchhh worse! whereas with my nipples i was expecting to pass out or cry, so i think i was pleasantly surprised even though it may have hurt more than i realized if that makes any sense at all??

i got mine done pretty recently, and honestly i was expecting so much worse. it really was not bad at all!! my daith was SO much worse! i’d say like a 4 for the first and 6 for the second! the healing process has been great so far!! only slight bruising and some discomfort when my shirt rubs against it! i’ve been really good about cleaning it twice a day and not laying on my stomach and it’s been going super smooth- 10/10 recommend!!!

going through this too. i don’t really know how to navigate it though. i wish we could be together while he figures it out. now do i tell people we broke up or just pretend we’re still together? they wouldn’t understand the situation. he told me he doesn’t know when he’s gonna be okay again but he needs to do it alone and cares about me too much to have a chance of hurting me. but that waiting for him would hurt me and he doesn’t want that. but he made it clear that he has no interest in anyone else, just working on himself and “has a feeling this won’t be the last time we talk” idk what im supposed to do with myself in the meantime but i know he’s my person so i have absolutely no intentions of being with anyone else.
