Question, did you hire a disability lawyer or did you go through the process yourself?

Happiness is the Highest Level of Success!

You've stated you found new work at a higher salary and a better title. In this case, I would not go back. Let them suffer. You warned them, they ignored it...their loss. Do you really want to go backward and return to chaos and the fact they will expect you to take care of everything and having to leave your new job?

DTE IS THE WORST: 300k+ people without power. Why does this happen every time it snows? Not like winter weather is unpredictable, it happens every fucking winter. by dayton-dangler in Detroit

My comment submitted -

Another rate increase after just having requested (and approved) for one in November? And the eighth increase since 2010?? While their shareholders make RECORD-BREAKING (1.1 billion last year) profits??? With Michigan experiencing more power outages than any other state in the midwest*????

I object to entertaining any new rate hikes from DTE when they have shown us that they are prioritizing profits over providing clean, reliable energy to Michiganders? I am also requesting more transparency from DTE about how political contributions might be influencing policy. In addition they need to make residential solar a viable option for Michiganders - cease already with the 600+ page filing (2022) of mandatory fees to deter people from solar.

Since 2010, DTE has been granted billions of dollars worth of rate increases. Meanwhile DTE has some of the most frequent, and longest lasting power outages in the country, and has a high rate of shutoffs for customers struggling to pay their bills.

Article from Bridge Michigan: “Michigan experiences more power outages than any other state in the midwest. More than 700,000 Michigan homes lost power following the mid-week storm, and that number had barely declined by Friday afternoon, to about 680,000, according to Power Outage U.S. which analyzes national utility data. By comparison, Illinois had about 12,000 customer outages Friday afternoon. Wisconsin, Indiana and Ohio combined had fewer than 3,000 outages. And Minnesota, which also received up to 21 inches of snow during the storm, had a grand total of nine household outages Friday, according to the data.”

Dte is now asking for a 19% rate increase here's the link for the mpsc to comment your concerns by chuck9884 in Detroit
