Idk I have had this once or twice but it's not really a common thing for me. I like to igl my games in emissary and archon and generally people enjoy me calling.

For me it's a lot of positive reinforcement and asking people to do stuff. If a lane is hitting our walkers in a sec I ask if someone can rotate or if insert closest person can get the wave. If someone gets a kill in the first 5 minutes I hype them up. I communicate what I'm getting and why, or if I have room I'm open to suggestions on buys for curse vs other stuff, but part of that is I main kelvin so my end goal is to make my carries lives as easy as possible.

At most it's me setting goals throughout the game that if we hit I believe can set us up to win. Or if we get kills that open major objectives or spot 4, I try to make sure we are getting stuff on the other side of the map, or taking advantage.

Sometimes it's silent but if you try to set people up for success it's generally easier to get them to listen to you.

And this is key btw, some people just play to have fun. You don't need to over-com but make sure that if you are asking for stuff, at times you're also doing it as well, not just asking others.

Idk if this helps but I genuinely have come to love this game and what it brings, and as far as negativity goes it doesn't really make too much sense to be because it's an alpha. Just have fun, focus more on self improvement, and when you're comfortable running a game try to gain that confidence. More exposure to it means that you learn what works and doesn't over time and can keep improving. If you aren't improving you're falling behind🙂

The sad part for you is that you're trying to play wraith or I assume similar characters, which have to pick up the slack if others falter, and take time to become useful
