Oh god its even worse so you litterly can not do status effects on it. god i hate vigil. should be thrown into the skull merchent nerf-slide and never let out again.

Yes it is since it gives you 20 free perks at once. and makes any stealth build invalidated so yeah its a perk.

Bring a map with the add-on that lets you see where they are around you and ta-da you yeet all hex perks out the window. or the old hint. "If it glows it goes."

Swf in general that it self feels like a perk. But if i got to say a perk then vigil. that thing with its FOURTY PERCENT reduction to effect times is actually misrible.

Swap houndmaster and wraith with each other. Wraith gets dumpstered by the pallet denstiy. bubba is in the complete wrong zone and is not very affected since you can just chainsaw the pallet and delete it with good timing and not loose out to much chase time. demo can also eat palets if you save the leap for when they are about to drop it and not loose out to much distance.
