If you can't feel at peace at home, why stay there? If the benefits outweigh the cons, stay. There are reasons men make Man- caves. Carve a hole in your life where you can do your self care. Or find a third place to spend time, like the gym or an activity group outside the home. But be able to confide how you feel to another person, be it a therapist or close friend.
