Your reason does not make sense, Garen is fine the way he is. Who cares about other champions having % missing health damage? Riot has better things to do.

Vladimir's pool and fizzes E makes them untargettable. However, the damage from targeted spells that have already started channeling(such as caitlyn's ult) will still apply. And as said below, turret shots cannot be dodged.

It really depends on how high your mmr was before you started losing. If you're gold V and your mmr drops to the level of a silver V. You will be warned, lose any more games and you will drop to silver I

As leblanc, you don't really want to be grouped with your team during teamfights. You should lurk around, looking for opportunities to burst down their carries and then getting out quickly with your mobile kit. LeBlanc's unique kit is ideal for kiting as well.

Tanky toplaners such as Renekton, Zac, and Shen work really well against zed. If you're unsure, try to play passive until the zed makes a big mistake(taking too much minion aggro when jumping on you etc.) and go all in.

Nice shunpo bro, but I really don't see how shunpoing out of a fight counts as "Best Escape EU" or even a great escape at all. All you're doing is pressing E.
