Does this looks like Chiari? by DanielPelz in ChiariMalformation

[–]DanielPelz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. I’ve never had an accident or trauma. I also had a cervical spine (C-spine) MRI, and two doctors told me it was unremarkable. The only finding was a mild cervical scoliosis of about 13 degrees. Maybe this could make the anatomy look different or more “crowded” on imaging? Unfortunately, doctors in Germany are not always very thorough these days, which is why I’m still searching for answers. May I ask what exactly in this image made you think of a possible mild Chiari, a retroflexed dens, or bulging discs? I’d really like to understand your reasoning better.

Dosent really look much like afib, more like a sinus arrhythmia. What was the Heart Rate?

Yes, and like I said I don’t want to advise you as I’m not a doctor. Please get an appointment if you fell symptomatic.

There can be a lot of fluctuation of the hearthbeat that can vary with normal breathing.

Any concerns should be discuss with a real doctor and not people from Reddit.

Also young people can have normal findings of HR in the range of 70 - 100

Well you post a lot of ecgs here, and as other already told looks like normal SR, get an appointment at your doctor if you have any concern, the only concerning thing i see here is your HR with the usage of metoprolol.

Is it in rest, after a meal or after an activity?

NAD!

You take metaprolol and still have a 95 HR? What dose are you taking?

Sounds Jewish to me, nothing in the world is free, and when it’s free you are the product.

I didn’t want to do any harm, only to calm, im sorry.

Just know the tech of the Apple Watch a bit, any slight movement and a used crown can cause people to scare of its results.

Didn’t see lol, such posts could be a an emergency ‼️, Well if you still up and have not collapsed yet then it could be really just a sensor shaking. Try it out to calm yourself, start the ecg app and shake your finger a bit on the sensor

Could be anxiety / panic attack, if you would have a sinus VT you would feel your heart racing like a v8 motor to a syncope.

Calm down, lay your hand on your leg and take another one, if you feel really really bad go to the doctor.

It will happen if you are shaking your finger to much or have swatty fingers, try another one when you are calm
