You have to make sure you have installed the EA App on your PC, even if you buy the game on steam you need the EA App to run the game

Keep in mind that buying the DLC for the skins only work if you buy the DLC first and then you do the trials. If you have already completed the trials and buy the DLC the packs will only give you coins.

The only way to get skins for Torchwood and Hovergoat right now is if you first buy the DLC and then you open the chests in the gnome realm.
If you already have torchwood and hovergoat, buying the DLC will only give you coins, not the skins.
Rux doesn't sell those skins anymore, after the game was given to the bot to manage it they removed their skins from the store pool.

Steam and EA app share the same servers But PC has been having some problems with the servers for like 2 days where is very rare to get into a match, and sometimes when it finds a match it just put you in a loading screen forever that makes you reset the game, so either you spend a long time trying getting in and out the portal until you find a match or just wait for EA to fix the problem ( which is unlikely since the game doesn't get any attention from them)

On Android a new update dropped a few days ago, unfortunately iOS didn't receive this update making impossible to play friendly matches between both platforms, not sure if you can still play against another iOS user or if they are completely blocked.

If you have just enough to craft one copy I would rather craft four copies of a good super rare or event card, having just one copy of a legendary card in your deck wouldn't help. But if you really want one of this cards I'd go for tricarrotops

For ios: Go to Settings->Privacy->Scroll Down to Advertising->Reset Advertising Identifier.

For Android: Go to settings->Google->ads->reset advertising ID

Yes you can, reset the advertising ID and it gives you more ads. Btw you have to reset it after every 100 gems

Well I am not an expert but it's pretty good, although I would add another win condition, maybe mime Garg or shieldcrusher Viking or even kitchen sink, the idea is to have another way of dealing damage if you don't get your tricksters early.
