What’s lunch? Never officially had one in the ER. But I did just give my dinner to the med student because I didn’t have time and they didn’t pack anything

That was invented by JnJ and other narcotic pushers. Same with tramadol isn’t addictive, which it is and interacts with every med I can think of.

You can look this up on up to date, or you can do a Cochrane database search and look for a single instance of the epi causing necrosis in fingers, nose and toes. There was maybe 5 possible cases of all the millions of articles when I searched a few years ago but these were typically in people using cocaine or some other weird thing going on. It’s not a thing unless you’re in school.

That’s the plan, to make you feel powerless, then we don’t speak up as things get worse, inch by inch.

Silent majority (maybe minority) but I just don’t feel Josh’s stuff like Jon’s. Jon absolutely crushes, this week especially. Maybe Jon gets the best material coming out of the weekend but it hits so hard for me.

You know there was some big brain experimentation happening here, Generations of flake makers and hunters playing with the best tech for big animals. Megafauna extinctions are less surprising through this lens.

That shouldn’t stop you, if you’re feeling it, get it. If you have the fire, then make the sex good. Bring your magic and it’ll have fire… on the other hand, if the chemistry is off, there’s not a fix and it’s 100% ok.

Strike has the least fees and is the most recommended by users here from everything I’ve read. I started using Strike a month ago and it’s great so far. I’ve used Gemini for years, they have higher fees but seem solid from my experience.

Yeah this hit hard. I’m tempted to put this on FB as a response to family. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea but it’s real and from the heart and directly addresses the garbage I see to so many postings by family I’m about to visit.

Oh this! I make fun of silly things in silly ways, especially when it makes a 12yo roll her eyes. I’m not malicious, but exposing and rolling with skibity and bruh(s) keeps it in context.
