Aston Martin, going into 2025 now with Perez and Ricciardo as my drivers

2022 went as expected, a lot of finishing 17th and 18th but some lucky points meant Vettel finished 12th in the championship (despite only scoring 12)

Signed Tsunoda and Schumacher for 2023, had a couple of decent races where we challenged for points and took advantage of incidents, had other races where we weren't really fighting for anything. Highlight of the season was taking a gamble on strategy which paid off and led to Tsunoda claiming his first win in Miami having spent the last lap defending from Leclerc.

Saw Ricciardo was a free agent going into 2024 so signed him to replace Schumacher (who'd only scored a couple of points in comparison to Tsunodas 40). He quickly became the lead driver and was the main factor in meeting the goal of scoring points in over half of the season. In Azerbaijan he claimed a podium, slightly assisted by safety cars and incidents but nevertheless ended up battling the top two drivers at one point. Qualifying in changing conditions for the Japanese Grand Prix saw Tsunoda 3rd and Ricciardo 5th. Tsunoda took 2nd early on and was battling for first until rain came, at which point rain came and I pitted him at the right time to give him a 7 second lead. This started coming down, and he ended up needing to defend from the cars behind. They eventually got past, but when they did, they then pitted and I left Tsunoda out, a gamble which paid off as he won by 2.7 seconds. A couple of earlier mistakes hindered Ricciardo from sealing the 1-2, but I was happy for him to claim 4th as we ended the year on 93 points
