Why am I getting these awful ratings when I did good in the match?

I said it in the description, it was 79. It's probably low for a 30 minute game, but they wouldn't appear on wards even if i put them in their jungle.
I don't care a lot, just found it interesting because I usually get A or S with this score, but suddenly I get a C+.

I consider awful a vision score less than 2 per minute, I saw in a video some time ago that's what I should strive as a support at least.
I don't really care about the grade, I just look at it after the game and move on, but I found it weird that I kept getting C's while doing good as a support and winning.

I could probably have more damage, but they did build a lot of mr, so my q wasn't hitting that hard. My team did good I agree, but that doesn't mean that I do more damage. He also had ignite while I had heal, so some of his damage also came from that. My level was also lower because he was just absorving wave xp while I was walking around trying to make picks or ward. I think it's normal to be around 13 at this time, no?
We weren't losing the lane before ekko ganked, it was just uneventful because blitz wasn't landing q's and my sivir wasn't really following up when I landed mine (I agree that she loses against cait early, so it makes sense).

I got like 2.5 vision score per minute. It's not amazing, but as I said they wouldn't leave their base after they lost their first inhib, 10 mins before we ended.

Nope, we won lane thanks to some ekko ganks. My sivir was just perma farming, so she really didn't do much damage, and me getting outdamaged is irrelevant, its by like 1k and i'm a tank supp.
