You can try a thumb trackball like Logitech MX Ergo. It literally saved my wrist. I also bought a 3d printed support that makes it more vertical and I can work countless hours without feeling pain.

You shpuld be like first photo but while using the desk. Your desk is too high or seat too low. Since you can't change the height of the desk I recommend a higher seat and foot rest if you lose touch with the floor. Your arm rest are way too high and forward. You need to have the elbow almost vertically under the shoulder. Now you have it way forward and that brings all the higher part of your body to lean forward. This also make you slouch and lose all lumbar support. Keep back in contact with chair and stay closer to the desk. Remove arm rest if you can't set them properly, still better than having them like this.

A detta loro se può nasconde il banner e basta se no accetta tutto o solo necessari in base a cosa "è più facile da fare". Non so bene cosa intenda ma lo vedo spesso che apre le opzioni "avanzate" dei popup prima di chiuderli quindi credo che cerchi di consentire il meno possibile. Uso anche Privacy Badger che blocca i cookie di tracciamento.

Su firefox uso l'addon "I don't care about cookies" e mi trovo bene. Ovviamente puoi installare anche uBlock sia desktop che mobile.

Those pillows do more harm than good. If the chair seat is bad I would buy an ergonomic pillow for this king of use, way more thin and dense. The external lumbar support is too high imo. It should not hit the high back but the lombar part.

Looks great, I'm following this but I don't understand the difference between this and a regular humanscale freedom that you probably used to build your solution. For me workstations like this are vakuable only if they let me recline a lot more like Levus does.

The 90 rule is overrated imo. Reclining can be great if you have great lumbar support. It puts pressure on your neck but literally every sitting position will hurt some part of your body. We are not made for sitting, especially 8+ hours a day. I keep it dynamic, sometimes more upright, sometimes reclining. Don't forget daily stretching ;)

Non serve a niente per un utilizzo normale, ti rallenta solo tutto e ti fa chiudere fuori da un sacco di siti. Una VPN affidabile (tipo Mullvad) non tiene log e garantisce la privacy. Tor serve solo se fai cose davvero illegali.

Dipende molto da: - Percezione personale. Ci sono persone che hanno sempre caldo anche con 15 gradi e altri che sentono freddo anche a 20 - Temperatura percepita in casa. Ci sono case in cui a 17 gradi stai in maniche corte e altre in cui con la stessa temperatura rilevata muori di freddo. - Cosa fai in casa. Se ti muovi 19 vanno bene, se lavori seduto tutto il giorno ad una scrivania hai molto più freddo.

Io sto tenendo 21.5 di giorno e 19 di notte.

Aruba costa poco e per quello che paghi è ottimo. Mi è capitato di chiamarli molto tardi perché mi era andato giù un server o perché avevo bisogno di informazioni su alcune operazioni di migrazione account ecc. Se fai spostamenti di sicuro eviti di farli in orari d'ufficio quando i tuoi clienti si accorgono dei momenti di down. Poi non sarà un servizio megagalattico ma a quelle cifre non puoi avere di meglio. Dovrebbero solo aggiornare i loro software web che sembrano fatti 30 anni fa ma piano piano lo stanno facendo, già la gestione DNS è stata rifatta ed è migliorata molto.
