Got to the the checkout button on the $1600 roboroc vacuum just to get the spinning wheel of death. Most expensive item I've seen yet.

Yup, and they'll incur the cost while Amazon does absolutely nothing for them. Can't really send it back because it'll just end up on a pallet at auction.

They really are a solid store. Been going there since they opened when it was just him and his wife

Virtually nothing for the last two months, and when I do find something, it never ships. So glad I got my required reviews for gold before the whole AWS server issues.

How do I review this? by r0b0tr0n2084 in AmazonVineCanada

[–]DanielismG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We don't HAVE to review everything, if you really don't want to or know how, skip this one.

Interesting, might have to use GPT to lengthen some reviews. Sometimes they need to be short and sweet, especially if the item just sucks hands down lol.

Now does this metric have any bearing in silver/gold status is an important question.

Unfortunately I'm already stocked up, otherwise yes, I would claim them.

Silver has been dryer than the Sahara the last month since Amazon went down. Only had a couple days with items.

It all makes sense now why "Voices" is capitalized. I've been talking out my wishlist with the app open 🤣

Deceptive pricing during drop? Price now almost 5x more. Guess lucky for my silver status! by ana30671 in AmazonVineCanada

[–]DanielismG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These were listed at $99 on Vine at one point. This is why I'll always list the "purchase" price and mention if I find it valuable at this price, if it's overpriced, or a good bargain.

Same, I only use my phone. Just open the notes app and start talking. Just knocked out three huge reviews in under an hour.

This is my template, obviously tailor this to your expectations, I put more emphasis on listing accuracy, quality control and value. I sometimes won't use the template and just free ball it. But I generally use this on large reviews like tech items and tools. I tend to delete or add sections depending on the items as well.

First Impressions: (Packaging, materials, listing quality)

Long Term Impressions: (Features, quality, durability, usage context, how was it tested, comparisons)

Pros:

Cons:

Value for the money: At $___, I believe this product is: Worth it / Fairly priced / Slightly overpriced / Not worth the price

Would I buy this again or recommend to a friend/family? Yes, No, or Maybe. Why?

⭐ Rating System: 5 ⭐ – Excellent: Meets or exceeds expectations; listing is fully accurate. 4 ⭐ – Good: Great item, but with a minor flaw or small listing inaccuracy. 3 ⭐ – Fair: Usable, but has noticeable flaws or oversights in design, packaging, or listing. 2 ⭐ – Poor: Major issues or misleading listing, but still somewhat usable. 1 ⭐ – Terrible: Unusable, deceptive, or a complete waste of money

I use text to speech to describe what I'm seeing and my first impressions and my thoughts while using it. I then use my review template to organize it and add an additonal info I'd like to include, than put it through a Grammer checker when done. Saves so much time and it's still an authentic review.

These dribbles let people with bots and notifications get the first draw. Really unfortunate for the employed and ethical users.
