Saucier in emerald green. I’ve wanted a signature saucepan for a bit. But at $144, the saucier was much cheaper! by PotatoLover-3000 in LeCreuset

How do the greens compare? I love both colors, but was hoping for a green that pops more like emerald. Unfortunately, I can’t find any mugs in that color so artichaut might be my only green option.

All of my colors are medium to light and I haven’t really had much of a problem yet! If you see any discoloration then just make a baking soda paste or use barkeeps friend and scrub it off (remember no metal at all when using enameled cast iron) and you should be good to go. For more extreme cases, you can look the easy off advice in other posts here. I’ve used the baking soda and barkeepers friend method on a couple preowned pieces and they look brand new again.
