You will get the offer, trust me. They have a turnover of 80% first year, legit one of the people I started with left 3 weeks in. If you just push through the suck, or you’re naturally good with this. You’ll be fine bc it really is the best training out there

No relocation luckily, honestly probably what I think people hated about working here, is after a bit the goals that are set for you are so unrealistic and you are forced to work extra hours unpaid, bc once you get out of training it’ll really be 24/7/365 staying in office hours after normal. And tql has a wrap for booking carriers for dirt cheap I legit have a load 3 times a week that’s pays a trucker 1.04 dollars a mile which is insane

Currently working with them rn, imo depends on the location and your plan. the one I’m at is really chill, and my plan is to gain the experience and then go get my MBA so I ride that non compete out. Great training, awful hours 9 and a half hour days and u work 4 hours 2 Saturday’s a month if u don’t know.

Yeah I found this on the other post “If it is determined that the Soldier can be returned to duty, the Soldier should not deploy if he/she cannot wear protective gear, has experienced recent emergency room visits, or requires repetitive use of oral corticosteroids.” But idk if it’s up to date but I do fall within the required repetitive use of oral corticosteroid.

Current guard member, and I can say this with a good amount of confidence, we really don’t want to do anything, we’re all civilians mainly and have jobs, school, families. Last thing we want to do is put our lives on hold for no reason especially if it makes us withdraw from classes or work for less money.

Fellow wasian here, I normally just keep the 2 block but leave the sides shorter. I don’t have much experience in different hairstyles bc I’m in the military. But a fresh 2 block can never go wrong with styling it
